Details of the Job/Internship

Axtria is hiring a Senior Executive - Legal with 3–6 years of experience to join their team in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts, specifically tailored for the IT/ITES services sector.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to both domestic and international regulatory requirements, including interactions with government departments and external law firms.
• Litigation & Notices: Manage and respond to legal notices and oversee ongoing litigation matters.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on laws, regulations, and case precedents relevant to global business operations.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations to align business initiatives with legal frameworks.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B). Additional certifications in data privacy and data protection are highly preferred.
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in a corporate legal practice or as in-house counsel.
• Industry Specifics: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT/ITES services specifically for the US market is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract vetting, drafting, and litigation management.
• Competencies: Strong problem-solving ability, customer focus, and a results-driven mindset.
