Details of the Job/Internship
Ingram Micro is hiring a Legal Support Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join its legal team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend court hearings and maintain records and trackers for ongoing matters.
- Handle legal administrative work, including invoices, payments, MIS, and service provider coordination.
- Track expenses, stamp duties, court fees, refunds, and vendor account processes.
- Maintain MIS for audits and statutory requirements.
- Assist in execution of documents digitally or physically and coordinate notarisation.
- Manage and maintain legal department documents and physical files.
- Support drafting, formatting, and management of contracts, notices, and compliance filings.
- Track litigation updates, deadlines, and statutory calendars.
- Coordinate legal meetings, hearings, filings, and briefings.
- Assist with due diligence, legal audits, basic correspondence, and legal research.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law, legal studies, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal support or legal administration.
- Exposure to corporate law, litigation tracking, or compliance preferred.
