Details of the Job/Internship
Axtria – Ingenious Insights is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, lawyers, law firms, and government departments.
- Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and relevant precedents.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and legal records.
- Support finance, HR, and operations teams on legal matters.
- Manage litigation and legal notices.
- Handle day-to-day legal operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; certification in data privacy or data protection preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MNC or reputed law firm.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT/ITES services for the US market.
- Strong drafting, vetting, and litigation skills.
- Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
