Petpooja is hiring a Sr. Executive - Legal for their Ahmedabad office. Candidates must have 3 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents. Managing legal Database.
- Manage legal disputes and litigation, including coordinating with external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise on corporate governance matters and legal risk management.
- Oversee the company's intellectual property portfolio.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to the company's senior management and business units.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation. Preferably experience from Law Firm.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
