Harbour & Hills Financial Services Limited is hiring a Sr. Executive – Legal with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Kanpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalise agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Provide timely and accurate legal counsel to management.
- Assist with company formation and related documentation formalities.
- Develop internal governance policies and monitor compliance.
- Conduct legal research and evaluate risks associated with business decisions.
- Offer strategic advice on potential legal issues and risk management.
- Communicate and negotiate with regulators, authorities, and external counsel.
- Manage complex legal matters involving multiple stakeholders.
- Clarify legal terminology and requirements for internal teams.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and ensure organisational compliance.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working as Legal Counsel in a corporate or financial environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure.
- Excellent time management and professional conduct.
