Details of the Job/Internship
STAGE is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal to support its legal, compliance, and governance functions at its Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal agreements including content, artist, vendor, licensing, and technology contracts.
- Managing contract repositories, trackers, renewals, and closures.
- Supporting copyright, usage rights, infringement issues, takedowns, and coordination with external counsel.
- Handling coordination for litigation matters, notices, and regulatory queries.
- Assisting with due diligence documentation, investor requests, and data room management.
- Supporting company secretarial functions such as board agendas, minutes, resolutions, and statutory registers.
- Executing MCA and ROC filings, event-based compliances, and ESOP-related documentation.
- Tracking regulatory updates relating to OTT, IT Rules, Companies Act, MCA, RBI, and GST.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in contract drafting and commercial agreements.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act and MCA filing processes.
- Prior experience or internships in legal or compliance roles, preferably in media, tech, startup, or corporate law.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
