Details of the Job/Internship

Coastal Marine Construction and Engineering Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal with 3–7 years of experience to join its Mumbai Head Office team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing deeds, contracts, MoUs, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal audits and scrutiny for compliance, permissions, and approvals.
• Providing legal support and resolving legal issues in coordination with the reporting head.
• Researching case laws, statutes, government regulations, and policies.
• Ensuring legal compliance and documentation for various applications and permissions.
• Preparing and sharing MIS reports on legal documentation and compliance.
• Handling jurisdictional legal research and offering practical legal solutions.

Eligibility

• LLB degree is mandatory.
• 3–7 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.

Salary/Stipend
