Details of the Job/Internship
Coastal Marine Construction and Engineering Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal with 3–7 years of experience to join its Mumbai Head Office team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing deeds, contracts, MoUs, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal audits and scrutiny for compliance, permissions, and approvals.
- Providing legal support and resolving legal issues in coordination with the reporting head.
- Researching case laws, statutes, government regulations, and policies.
- Ensuring legal compliance and documentation for various applications and permissions.
- Preparing and sharing MIS reports on legal documentation and compliance.
- Handling jurisdictional legal research and offering practical legal solutions.
Eligibility
- LLB degree is mandatory.
- 3–7 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.
