Flipkart is hiring for the position of Senior Executive - Anti Corruption to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of the Anti-Corruption Compliance program for the FK Group.
- Understand the scope of work of the Flipkart Foundation and assist in identifying third-party intermediaries with potential government interaction.
- Coordinate with business units to complete due diligence appendices and provide required clarifications.
- Initiate due diligence in the Global Screening system and manage the process for third-party intermediaries, business partners, and donation recipients.
- Review due diligence reports for ownership structure, PEP status, pending cases, regulatory compliance, reputation, sanctions, and adverse media.
- Follow up with Legal and business units to obtain executed contracts and maintain records of approved and rejected TPIs/NGOs.
- Circulate MIS reports periodically to relevant business units.
- Track and send annual certifications to all approved TPIs.
Eligibility
- Commerce or Law graduate with 2–4 years of experience in vendor due diligence, reviewing reports, identifying red flags, and resolving them through logical analysis.
- Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and frontline associates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet-based applications.
