Excelsis Energy is hiring for the position of Senior Executive - Contract and Litigation Management to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and agreements.
- Legal Advisory: Provide legal counsel on contractual matters, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
- Property Law & Conveyancing: Handle property-related legal matters, including conveyancing processes and documentation.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain legal documents, agreements, and notices.
- Litigation Support: Assist in managing litigation cases and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating potential legal risks.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct legal research and provide risk analysis to support business operations.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Proven experience in contract management, property law, and conveyancing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal document drafting and review.
