Details of the Job/Internship
Supreme Universal is hiring a Senior Executive Contracts to join its Mumbai office on a full-time, on-site basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of contract history and documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal legal teams.
- Monitor contract execution and track deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Establish best practices for efficiency and long-term compliance.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
- Understanding of legal policies, regulatory requirements, and contract laws.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication, teamwork, and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
- Relevant professional experience in contract management or legal administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
