Tata Communications is hiring for a Sr Executive - Corporate Legal responsible for managing all legal aspects of commercial matters in the designated region. The position ensures that legal requirements are addressed swiftly, efficiently and cost-effectively while supporting commercial operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions, monitor contract compliance and resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements, including licensing, permits and industry regulations.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain quality standards.
