Details of the Job/Internship
Swiggy Instamart is hiring a Senior Executive – Ethics & Integrity with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct and complete regional-level investigations, including interviews, and submit reports.
- Handle cases related to theft, fraud, and other incidents involving employees.
- Maintain accurate records of all investigations and incidents.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Review investigation reports and ensure closure of action items.
- Conduct periodic dipstick audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor operations to identify and prevent potential breaches.
- Prepare root cause analyses and action plans with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams for process improvements.
- Follow up on preventive actions for identified risks.
- Conduct regular visits to warehouses and PODs for surveillance and compliance checks.
Eligibility
- Graduation with 3–4 years of experience in investigations and inventory management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in law enforcement or related fields.
- Experience in managing investigations and audits.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification is preferred.
