Eligibility
- LLB degree
- 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in Trademark Opposition and Application procedures.
- Proficiency in drafting notices of opposition, counter-statements, evidence under various rules, screening journals, opposition hearings, and application replies.
- Ability to brief external counsel and lead on trademark opposition and application matters.
- Assistance in litigation procedures, calling evidence, and maintaining MIS for work records.
