Details of the Job/Internship
ReNew is seeking a Senior Executive – Land and Legal with 4–6 years of experience and an LLM qualification to join our team in Gadhsisa, Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and validate land and legal documentation during HOTO (Hand Over-Take Over).
- Assess site documentation and identify legal gaps post-HOTO.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and execute agreements with landowners and authorities.
- Draft, file, and follow up on legal notices, FIRs, complaints, and government submissions
- Provide legal opinions on contracts, notices, and site-specific disputes
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory frameworks.
- Conduct land surveys and coordinate with DLIR, SLR, village authorities, and planning offices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external entities to resolve site issues.
Eligibility
- Experience: 4–6 years in land/legal roles.
- Qualification: LLM (Master of Laws)
- Preferred Background: Legal work in infrastructure, energy, or government-facing sectors
