Details of the Job/Internship

ReNew is hiring for the position of Senior Executive- Land & Legal with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Bhuj. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and verify land and legal documentation during project handover (HOTO).
• Conduct thorough assessments of site-related documents in line with land and legal requirements post-HOTO.
• Engage in stakeholder meetings, draft and execute legal agreements, and liaise with government offices/nodal agencies for submissions such as letters, complaints, and FIRs.
• Handle legal notices and facilitate resolution of disputes impacting sites or company operations.
• Provide legal opinions and advice on agreements, contracts, complaints, and related matters.
• Negotiate with relevant parties to mitigate site-related legal issues.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliance requirements.
• Carry out site surveys and coordinate with DLIR, SLR, town planning authorities, village representatives, and landowners.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, adapting to evolving project and legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Solid understanding of land laws, property documentation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and engage with government authorities and landowners.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-oriented legal role.

Salary/Stipend
