Details of the Job/Internship
ReNew is hiring a Senior Executive – Land with relevant experience in land litigation, title scrutiny, and agreement drafting to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle land litigation and title search report (TSR) review.
- Draft and review lease deeds, sale deeds, MoUs, and other land-related agreements.
- Deal with land issues such as conversion of agricultural land, mutation, registration, and stamp duty.
- Maintain knowledge of state land laws, land revenue, stamp, and registration acts.
- Advise the land team on legal matters and assist in obtaining government permissions.
- Liaise with external lawyers and prepare case briefs, notices, and replies.
- Support internal teams with project execution and land development activities.
- Manage Legal MIS and ensure compliance with procedural laws, including partition suits.
Eligibility
- Relevant experience in land litigation and legal documentation related to land.
- Strong understanding of property laws and local legal frameworks.
- Willingness to travel.
