Details of the Job/Internship
Aerocraft Engineering is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal and Contracts to assist in managing contracts related to building design and procurement services for customers and suppliers on construction projects. The role is full-time, on-site at Ahmedabad (S G Highway, Makarba) with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and manage customer and supplier contracts.
- Support contract negotiations.
- Ensure legal compliance and proper documentation.
- Maintain records across multiple ongoing projects.
- Draft and review contracts to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
- Analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related areas.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience.
