Details of the Job/Internship

StoreACE Logistics Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal & Secretarial to join their office in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving management of end-to-end legal documentation, corporate secretarial compliances, real estate transactions, and statutory approvals across group entities. The role requires hands-on experience in ROC compliances, property documentation, contract management, and regulatory liaisoning with a practical and execution-focused approach.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end legal documentation.
• Handle corporate secretarial compliances.
• Manage real estate transactions.
• Obtain statutory approvals across group entities.
• Undertake legal and real estate documentation.
• Oversee contract and compliance management.
• Handle labour law and employee compliances.
• Manage corporate secretarial and ROC compliances.

Eligibility

• Proficiency and expertise in law and legal advice.
• Experience in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts or agreements.
• Knowledge of real estate law and conveyancing practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in law is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
