Details of the Job/Internship
Technip Energies is hiring a Senior Executive/Associate - Legal Counsel with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct online legal and compliance research and draft reports assessing internal risks.
- Identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of internal compliance requirements.
- Prepare training and communication materials as needed.
- Ensure due diligence and screening of third parties including vendors, partners, and clients.
- Maintain compliance documentation for donations, conflicts of interest, data privacy, etc.
- Conduct restricted party and sanctions screenings.
- Support data visualizations to communicate compliance initiatives.
- Assist other legal domains within the GBS Legal team when required.
Eligibility
- Law degree (degree in computer science/engineering is a plus).
- 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in corporate or law firm compliance practices.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
- Strong communication, legal writing, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to manage tasks across time zones and work independently.
