Details of the Job/Internship

Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal and Contracts with 3–5 years of experience to join their Ahmedabad office (S G Highway, Makarba). This is a full-time, on-site role with work hours from 2 PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday).

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and manage customer and supplier contracts for building design and procurement services.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain records across multiple ongoing projects.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyze complex data to support sound decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal research, negotiation, or related fields.
