Details of the Job/Internship
Technip Energies is hiring a Senior Executive / Associate – Legal Counsel with 4–6 years of experience to join their Legal team in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and manage NDAs, Power of Attorney, and other standard legal documents.
- Follow SOPs for drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and report operational metrics related to contract reviews.
- Coordinate with teams to obtain executed copies of agreements.
- Manage digital contract records using platforms like Adobe Sign and DocuSign.
- Maintain contract repositories and respond to queries on contract execution.
- Standardize legal terms and processes across global entities.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
- Understanding of basic contracting principles.
- Knowledge of SharePoint (O365) is an added advantage.
