Details of the Job/Internship

Assystem is hiring a Senior Executive - Legal with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Vetting and advising on tenders and bidding documents including RFPs.
• Drafting and vetting contracts such as joint venture agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other agreements.
• Preparing internal and client notes on legal and contractual issues.
• Drafting legal documents including applications, petitions, notices, and complaints.
• Representing the company in contractual and civil matters across courts and tribunals.
• Coordinating with law firms and legal practitioners.
• Drafting power of attorneys and correspondence to clients.
• Visiting authorities for documentation and maintaining records.
• Legal research and staying updated on applicable laws.
• Analyzing risks in insurance policies.
• Training project managers on legal and contractual issues.
• Monitoring compliance with laws and Assystem group regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed university or college.
• Experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Experience at a reputed law firm is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a fast-moving workload.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
