GenRec.AI is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to renewal and termination.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and legal documents.
• Develop systems for tracking contractual obligations and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for contract execution.
• Facilitate contract sharing with clients for review and signature.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes and concerns.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Law.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate law across sectors such as real estate, mining, logistics, or healthcare.

Salary/Stipend
