Newgen Software is hiring for the position of Senior Executive - Legal with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract & Legal Documentation
- Draft, review, and vet a wide range of legal documents, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, and third-party contracts.
- Prepare legal documents and corporate paperwork such as board resolutions, Powers of Attorney, and formal correspondence.
- Draft, review, and manage lease agreements.
- Quality & Compliance
- Proofread and edit legal correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Maintain organized indexing, filing, and legal research of documents, opinions, court decisions, and relevant legal records.
- Prepare reports, letters, summaries, and other required legal documentation.
- Operational Support
- Organize, coordinate, and prioritize daily tasks to support the efficient functioning of the legal and commercial department.
- Draft, edit, and format complex correspondence, including responses to legal notices received from employees, vendors, and customers.
Eligibility
- Full-time BA.LLB (Hons.) / BBA.LLB (Hons.) / LLB from a reputed college or university.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, vetting, and commercial contract management, preferably within IT or technology-driven organizations.
