Details of the Job/Internship
Flipkart is hiring a Senior Executive – License & Permit with 5–7 years of experience to manage licensing and regulatory compliance processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and track applications for business licenses, permits, and certifications.
- Maintain a centralized database to monitor renewal timelines.
- Liaise with government officials, municipal councils, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for obtaining licenses.
- Conduct internal audits to verify valid permits at operational sites.
- Resolve issues related to rejected applications or regulatory queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Flipkart teams and authorities.
- Provide periodic updates on approvals, pending cases, and regulatory changes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in permit processing, government relations, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and licensing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data management.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
