Details of the Job/Internship

ALOIS Solutions is hiring a Senior Executive- Litigation to join them in Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• To independently handle Recovery suits (requires visiting courts) filed before civil courts/NCLT.
• To respond to letters/notices received from EOW,CBI, etc u/s 91 and 102 of Cr.PC .
• Liasioning with the advocates, law enforcement agencies, etc.
• To maintain MIS about the legal cases and process advocate invoices.
• Monitoring and circulating latest SEBI circulars and Orders and if required provide synopsis of the same.
• Providing legal opinion on the various issues faced by the internal stakeholders.
• Any other activities assigned apart from the above

Eligibility

• Experience: 3 to 6 Years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
