Details of the Job/Internship
Lumenci is hiring a Senior Executive Paralegal with 4–6 years of experience to support its legal operations team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, summarize findings, and assist with IP litigation matters.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Manage client communications, meetings, calendars, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors.
- Organize digital and physical files and support general office administration.
- Develop and maintain legal workflows, templates, and checklists.
- Track matter metrics and prepare basic reports for leadership.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a hybrid office environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in legal studies, business, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in legal support, paralegal, legal operations, or professional services roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in litigation support, IP matters, or legal technology tools is preferred.
