Details of the Job/Internship

Puranik Builders Ltd is hiring a Senior Executive – RERA Registration to manage drafting, RERA matters, agreement vetting, and coordination with external advocates at their Thane office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices and replies.
• Draft and vet commercial agreements, including MOUs, sale agreements, development agreements, and land-related documents.
• Attend RERA hearings and conciliation matters.
• Manage project registration under RERA.
• Handle court cases.
• Coordinate and follow up with external advocates.
• Draft Marathi letters for corporation and MHADA authorities.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• Skills: achievement orientation, problem-solving, functional knowledge, teamwork, ownership.
• Good to have: experience in RERA project registration.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
