Details of the Job/Internship
ReNew is hiring a Senior Executive - Land and Legal with 4–7 years of experience to join their Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review land title documents and historical revenue records up to 30 years.
- Analyze and provide input on title due diligence reports prepared by external counsel.
- Draft and review land-related legal documents including Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, and Land Coordination Agreements.
- Support legal closure of project transactions including mortgages, lending, and asset sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and land aggregators for smooth project execution.
- Mitigate land-related legal risks and ensure compliance with land laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university; Master’s degree preferred.
- 4–7 years’ experience in land legal matters, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and title due diligence across Indian states.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
