Details of the Job/Internship
Axtria – Ingenious Insights is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal with 3–6 years of experience to join its office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Interact with external agencies, lawyers, law firms, and government departments as required.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documentation and correspondence.
- Support cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and operations.
- Manage litigation, notices, and routine legal operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate legal practice or an in-house legal role.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT/ITES services for the US market.
- Additional qualifications in data privacy or data protection laws are preferred.
- Strong drafting, vetting, and litigation skills.
