Details of the Job/Internship
Flipkart is hiring a Senior Executive to collaborate with the Global Privacy team in the design, development, customization, and implementation of the Digital Citizenship/Privacy Compliance global program. The role involves working with Legal, Technology, Data Governance, and Information Security teams to operationalize privacy tools and ensure compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Privacy team on program design and implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to operationalize privacy tools such as OneTrust.
- Update Program Lead on progress, gaps, and strategies.
- Escalate and communicate compliance matters to Program Lead.
- Handle operational aspects of privacy and maintain Privacy Business Continuity Process.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure closure of privacy assessments.
- Create and implement privacy by design programs across the enterprise.
- Assist in automating privacy capabilities and improving customer experiences.
- Configure, integrate, test, and deploy privacy tools and technologies.
- Support Program Lead in managing internal/external audits, privacy audits, and implementations for mergers and acquisitions.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws of India.
- Knowledge of international privacy laws such as EU GDPR and Middle-East regulations preferred.
