Details of the Job/Internship

Flipkart is hiring a Senior Executive to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution and oversight of the Anti-Corruption Compliance program for the FK Group.
• Collaborate with business units to define the scope of vendor work and identify Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs) interacting with the government.
• Coordinate the completion of due diligence appendices and provide clarifications on Anti-Corruption procedures to internal stakeholders.
• Initiate and manage the screening process for TPIs, Business Partners, and Donation Recipients using Global Screening systems.
• Review due diligence reports for ownership structures, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), litigation history, and market reputation.
• Analyze screening results for regulatory non-compliance, adverse media, and international sanctions.
• Follow up with Legal and Business units to secure executed contracts for comprehensive record-keeping.
• Maintain and circulate periodic MIS reports tracking approved and rejected TPIs to relevant departments.
• Manage the annual certification process for all approved TPIs to ensure ongoing compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate compliance, forensic audit, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of Anti-Corruption laws (such as FCPA or UK Bribery Act) and due diligence processes.
• Proficiency in using global screening tools and managing complex databases/MIS.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with Legal, Finance, and various Business Units.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to spot red flags in ownership structures or adverse media.
• Strong communication skills for professional liaising and reporting.
