Pant & Co is hiring for the position of Senior Executive to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive client growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in underexplored practice areas and geographies.
- Provide operational advisory services to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches for competitive advantage.
Eligibility
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience in business strategy development, market research, and growth opportunity identification.
- Strong background in client relationship management and project leadership.
- Expertise in operational advisory and efficiency improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in law firm management or consultancy is a strong plus.
