Details of the Job/Internship

Sula Vineyards is hiring Executive / Senior Executive – Legal with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Nashik.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts.
• Handle legal documentation and research.
• Manage end-to-end legal operations.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management.
• Handle intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Provide litigation support.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, labour laws, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain legal MIS and records.
• Support audits and compliance handling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve legal queries.
• Handle ad-hoc legal assignments and projects.
• Liaise with external counsel and authorities.

Eligibility

• BA LLB qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
