Details of the Job/Internship
TeamLease Regtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive in Pune, Maharashtra, with 2-3 years of compliance industry experience. An LLB is required, and a Company Secretary qualification is a plus.
Role and Responsibilities
- Applicability Assessment of Compliances: Evaluate regulatory requirements to determine the applicable compliance framework for clients.
- Implementation of Compliance System: Assist in the deployment and execution of compliance systems within client organizations.
- Compliance Audits (as and when required): Conduct independent compliance audits and assessments, identifying gaps and providing recommendations to mitigate compliance risks.
- Compliance Roster Preparation: Develop and maintain a structured schedule for client meetings in coordination with the Client Engagement Team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to review status of actionable items from client meetings.
- Client Consultation: Address client queries related to compliance, legal updates, and regulatory concerns, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution.
Eligibility
- Experience Required: 2-3 years in the Compliance industry
- Qualification: LLB (Company Secretary qualification would be an added advantage)
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory laws, and industry-specific legal requirements.
- Prior experience in implementing compliance systems or independently conducting compliance audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using compliance management tools and software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
