Details of the Job/Internship

Trade Bridge Advisors LLP is urgently hiring a Senior Executive – Legal and Compliance for its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration and back-office operations.
• Draft legal and government-related documents, including letters, applications, and reports.
• Assist in consultancy projects related to customs, SEZ, and trade compliance.
• Coordinate with customs officers and regulatory authorities.
• Handle import-export documentation and compliance processes.
• Support internal teams with executive and operational tasks.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in consultancy, customs, SEZ, or trade compliance roles.
• Good knowledge of customs procedures and import-export documentation.
• Understanding of GST and indirect taxation.
• Familiarity with SEZ regulations, Foreign Trade Policy, MOOWRS, and EOU (preferred).
• Strong drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
