Chemill Pharma Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Legal with 6+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating CDAs, NDAs, licensing, manufacturing, supply, and MSA agreements.
- Independently negotiating legal clauses with global partners and stakeholders.
- Supporting business development and management as the legal SPOC.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to IP, exclusivity, supply, liability, and jurisdiction.
- Managing agreement governance, repositories, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Developing standard templates, term sheets, and negotiation frameworks.
- Overseeing routine corporate, office, and statutory legal compliances.
- Coordinating with external legal advisors when required.
Eligibility
- 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences legal roles.
- Hands-on experience with pharma licensing, manufacturing, and supply agreements.
- Exposure to cross-border B2B transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial understanding skills.
