Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Army, LLC is hiring a Senior HR Manager – Legal for its Mumbai office to manage HR operations, payroll, compliance, and legal responsibilities across India, the US, and the Philippines.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes and HR operations using tools like Workday, HRPod, and ServiceNow.
- Manage U.S. immigration procedures and compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain HR data integrity, audits, and reporting.
- Oversee contract and vendor management and maintain legal documentation.
- Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and collaborate with legal counsel.
- Manage end-to-end payroll and address related queries.
- Develop and update HR policies in compliance with labor regulations.
- Support employee benefits administration and open enrollment.
- Handle HR matters across US, India, and the Philippines.
- Lead hiring for in-house roles in India, US, and Philippines.
- Conduct new hire processing, exit processing, and exit interviews across all regions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience working in US shift timings (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST).
- Prior experience with US IT consulting and staff augmentation companies.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and HR-related software.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws (India and US), payroll, and immigration compliance.
