Details of the Job/Internship

Lawmax Advocates & Solicitors is hiring for the position of Senior IBC Associate with experience of 5-6 years to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft demand notices under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). 
• Prepare and file applications under Sections 7, 9, and 10 of IBC. 
• Draft replies, rejoinders, and written submissions for IBC-related cases. 
• File claims and coordinate with Interim Resolution Professionals (IRPs) or Resolution Professionals (RPs). 
• Organize and prepare documents required during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). 
• Ensure all compliances mandated for Insolvency Professionals are carried out. 
• Collaborate and coordinate with clients and Insolvency Professionals. 
• Represent clients before NCLT and NCLAT. 
• Liaise with relevant departments for effective case management. 

Eligibility

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and the Companies Act, 2013. 
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree (mandatory).
