Irish Expert is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Immigration Advisor.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of immigration advisors.
• Oversee the allocation of caseloads, ensuring equitable distribution and effective utilization of resources.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the immigration advisory function.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, growth, and client satisfaction.
• Handle complex immigration cases, providing expert advice and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide regular updates to the team and adjust strategies and procedures accordingly.
• Act as a point of contact for high-profile or complex client cases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with services.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of visa applications.
• Conduct regular reviews of team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and deliver training programs for the immigration advisory team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure that all immigration advisory activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of immigration advisory services.
• Mitigate risks associated with complex cases and legal uncertainties.
• Develop and deliver educational sessions for clients on immigration policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Engage in outreach activities to attract new clients and enhance the firm's reputation
• Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators.

Eligibility

• Any Graduates Experience: 2 Years & Above IRISH EXPERT LLP.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (law, international relations, or a related discipline).
• Extensive .experience as an immigration advisor, with a focus on complex cases.
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with immigration software and case management systems.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
