Details of the Job/Internship

Chugh, LLP is hiring Senior Immigration Analysts with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office Online. This is a remote role for 3 Immigration Analyst. 

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Immigration Analyst will be responsible for preparing legal documents, handling contractual agreements, conducting in-depth legal research, and analyzing complex cases.
• Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, providing legal advice, and supporting the firm's immigration division to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Immigration Law and its application.
• Strong knowledge of H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, LCA, and RFE processes.
• A strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Able to work in US time.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Relevant experience of 3-5 years in US Immigration is preferred.
