Exxeella Education Group is hiring for the position of Senior Immigration Counsellor to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
• Convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns into qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct initial consultations to assess client profiles and immigration eligibility.
• Recommend appropriate visa programs (PR, Study, Work, Visit) based on individual goals.
• Prepare and present tailored service proposals; close sales effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with counselling and documentation teams for seamless post-sale service.
• Stay informed on immigration regulations, country-specific requirements, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and processes.
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.

Eligibility

• Experience in immigration, overseas education, or related sales roles preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong achievement and target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Quick learner with a keen interest in global mobility, migration, and international education.

Salary/Stipend
