Details of the Job/Internship

Multiplier is hiring a Senior Immigration Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join them remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries for the Immigration function.
• Manage end to end immigration and onboarding process.
• Support Global Mobility lead of the program with project/Initiatives.
• Review the regional/country level requirements with EOR partners and introduce changes accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Generate reports and analytics related to the processes.
• Maintaining visa status tracker.
• Vendor management.
• Client engagement.

Eligibility

• 3+ years experience in Global Mobility including operations management.
• Experience in managing end to end assignment life cycle for outbounds.
• Working knowledge of immigration processes.
• Strong ability in data management for analysis, advanced excel and strong organizational, communication, time management skills.
• Has a client servicing focus and be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
• Should have prior experience or needs to have the willingness to work in the EMEA time zone.

Salary/Stipend
