Details of the Job/Internship
Qualcomm India Private Limited is hiring a Senior IP Legal Specialist to join their Bengaluru office, requiring at least 3+years of industry-specific legal experience depending on educational qualifications.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IP docketing system, ensuring absolute accuracy in deadline tracking and record-keeping.
- Perform quality reviews of patent applications and related filing documents.
- Manage patent formalities and filing requirements across both US and foreign jurisdictions.
- Review and process incoming correspondence, invoices, and case-level data based on defined operating procedures.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the proper, timely handling of IP matters.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to IP activities and portfolio development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support the company's IP strategy and global initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years legal + 3 years IP experience.
- Paralegal Certificate + 3 years legal + 3 years IP experience.
- High School diploma + 6 years legal + 6 years IP experience.
- Technical: Proficiency in IP docketing software and IP prosecution experience.
