Altacit Global is hiring a Senior IPR Associate/Advocate with expertise in intellectual property law and corporate legal advisory to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and file applications for patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Develop strategies for IP protection and enforcement.
- Conduct legal research on IP and international regulations.
- Manage IP prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related contracts, licensing, assignments, and confidentiality agreements.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate compliance and governance.
- Prepare and review shareholder agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and joint venture contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international IP and corporate laws.
- Liaise with clients to offer IP and corporate legal solutions.
- Support litigation efforts by preparing pleadings, evidence, and arguments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with a strong academic background.
- Strong grasp of technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently or in teams.
