Details of the Job/Internship

GAUTAM LAW CHAMBER is hiring a Senior Law Associate with experience of 7 years to join their office in Nokha Mandi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Law Associate will be responsible for handling litigation matters throughout India, including District Courts, High Courts, RERA, NCLT, and Lok Adalat.
• Day-to-day tasks will involve strategic legal analysis, case preparation, client communication, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• Legal expertise in Law and Legal Issues.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Effective Communication abilities.
• Experience in handling diverse legal matters.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree in Law.
• 7 years experience in the legal field of trial court.
