Hindustan Wellness is hiring a Senior Lawyer – Corporate with experience of 7–10 years to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Manage legal disputes, arbitration, and litigation processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks for the organisation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM) preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant legal experience in corporate or related fields.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations is an added advantage.
