Zelestra is hiring a Senior Lawyer with experience of 8 to 10 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- All legal matters regarding Land acquisition for wind and solar projects related documentation, due diligence, interaction with aggregators for smooth acquisition of land, pathway and ROW management.
- Stay updated with state land laws, property laws and local laws including in-depth knowledge.
Eligibility
- Candidate should be strong in property laws and local laws including in-depth knowledge of land revenue act, stamp & registration act, forest conservation act etc.
