Details of the Job/Internship

Aanand Nirmal and Associates, Advocates is hiring a senior lawyer with 10+ years of experience to join them in Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals while handling complex client portfolios.
• Drive business development initiatives and expand the firm's client base.
• Conduct high-level client consultations and develop strategic legal solutions.
• Oversee comprehensive client onboarding procedures and documentation.
• Manage multiple practice areas and provide cross-functional legal guidance.
• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance firm growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development.
• Provide strategic insights to firm management on market opportunities and trends.
• Team Handling of present lawyer.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice law.
• Minimum of 10+ years of extensive legal practice experience.
• Must be based in Pune.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
• Multidisciplinary expertise across various practice areas.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.

Salary/Stipend
