Details of the Job/Internship
Aanand Nirmal and Associates, Advocates is hiring a Senior Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their office in Pune. The role involves handling complex legal matters, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle complex legal matters and provide legal advice.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Represent clients in court.
- Manage litigation cases and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research.
- Mentor junior lawyers.
Eligibility
- Extensive experience in Corporate Law and International Law.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Expertise in property matters and contract drafting.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with preference for advanced legal education.
- Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus.
